Listing for:
Victor M with rare fiber horn
You don't see a horn like this very often! It is mounted to a Victor M (the Monarch), a beautifully-constructed instrument.
This is a view from the crank side. Note the dealer tag on the side: Sherman, Clay, and Company, San Francisco.
A view from the left.
Note the corner columns and fancy trim.
Another perspective.
Here is a close-up of the horn.
A view from the rear.
This is a Victor M from the 1905 era, and is a particularly interesting example. Rather than a metal or wood horn, this one has a scarce fiber (papier mache) horn that was an aftermarket/dealer option. The Victor M is an uncommon machine, and this type of horn is rarer still. This one is all original, with a two-spring motor and Exhibition reproducer. Ships from our San Francisco location.
